Parkitecture is a cell that becomes part of a larger whole. Elevated micro units that can be “parked” on any given standard sized parking stall and organically connect to a bigger whole.  A modular, scaleable concept utilizing underused urban areas.    
Floor Area: 263 ft² interior space + 224 ft² deck space / infinitely scaleable
Features: off the grid concept / rooftop communal park / solar array / composting toilet / secure gang-way stair access
